Marit is entering only her second year of playing volleyball. She was introduced to the sport by her sister, a junior at M-A, and played for the first time at Hillview Middle School and Encore Volleyball Club. Highlights of her brief career include winning her division in the Pacific Northwest Qualifier in Spokane and traveling to Indianapolis for the Junior National Championships.  As a  6'1" freshman middle blocker, Marit looks forward to helping the Bears repeat as Northern California champions.
